Gillian Butler is a voiceover talent making waves in the world of audiobook narration. Born in Guyana, but raised in the United States, Gillian possess a heritage as a person of Afro-Chinese Amerindian descent which adds depth and richness to her vocal character.
Proud to be a member of the Audio Publishers Association, Gillian is immersed in a community that fuels her passion for the spoken word. Her voice is described as soft, warm, and finds a perfect home in the realms of Religious and Christian Faith, Children and Young Adult genres. She currently offers her available time to Learning Ally a non profit organization assisting readers with dyslexia. She also volunteers her voice to Audio Journal’s reading for the blind.
